- Upon clicking Finalize Form, a copy of your filled out form will be sent to the email you provided. To place an order, please send a copy of our filled out form along with your Purchase Order to your assigned CSR or Sales Team member.
- Font Size/Style changes are not possible.
- Each Button Frame Kit comes with 10 covers. Each of those frames will have the same configuration according to what has been filled out on the associated form. Mixing of configurations within the 10 is not permitted.
- Button Frame will be created exactly to what has been entered on the form. Customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy of spelling.
- Button Frame Kits are only compatible with Surface Mount Switch Remote Control - 5 Channels (MTRF-WS5-FLUSH).
- Surface Mount Switch Remote Control - 5 Channels (MTRF-WS5-FLUSH) is sold separately.
