Firmware Updates

This article includes important details of each Pulse PRO Hub firmware version along with its date of release. See updates to the current firmware version. If you are experiencing issues, please contact your local Technical Support Team.

v1.3.0 (8-JAN-26)

  • Improved overall hub stability and long-term reliability
  • Optimised internal memory management for better performance over time
  • Enhanced Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and recovery behaviour
  • Improved Matter stability, consistency, and group reliability
  • Matter now continues to function after firmware updates without re-commissioning
  • Improved motor pairing reliability and responsiveness plus support for some older Legacy Shades
  • Expanded support for additional shade types, including single TDBU shades
  • More reliable group and scene execution
  • Improved position accuracy after power cycles and restarts

v1.2 (1-AUG-25)

  • Synchronized Scene Commands
Grouped shades now move in sync when scenes are manually executed. Shades with the same move percentage now start and stop together for a smoother experience
  • Specify Motor Address During Pairing
Pairing commands can now define the desired motor address. Useful for more controlled and advanced provisioning workflows
  • BluFi Reset Commands
Added ability to reset the device remotely via BluFi as either a factory reset or provisioning reset. Simulates holding the physical pairing or reset button. Used for hub credentials reset function.
  • Green Blinking LED for Matter Window
LED now blinks green when the Matter pairing window is open to give clear visual feedback
  • Bug Fixes and Reliability Improvements
  • Device Timer Top Rail Issue
Prevents non-TDBU motors from receiving invalid top rail commands. Null values for top rail or tilt in timer payloads are now ignored
  • Curtain Motor Limit Setting Refactor
Limit change code for curtain motors has been cleaned up and simplified. Prepares for future support where motors with no set limits may be allowed to re-pair
  • ARC TCP API Fixes
Fixes rare reboot issue by ensuring all callbacks are stopped before cron tasks are deleted. Improves responses for API commands like version, travel speed, unpairing, and deleting motors. Ensures factory reset also clears all shades from memory
  • Factory Reset Timing Reliability
Factory reset now waits for 433 MHz communication to complete before erasing data. Fixes rare timing issue where shade data might not be deleted properly if the hub rebooted too early
  • Improved DHCP Compatibility
Removed redundant ARP checks after IP assignment which were causing issues with some mesh routers. Fixes cases where IP assignment would fail due to incorrect ARP responses
  • Shadow Post Retry Logic
If three consecutive shadow post acknowledgments fail, the hub now force reconnects. Improves cloud connection stability and reliability
  • BluFi Name Update Fix
BluFi name updates now happen instantly without disconnecting. Fixes cases where the name would show up incorrectly or be delayed
  • Ethernet Task Stability
Increased Ethernet receive task stack size (memory) to improve performance and prevent crashes
